Seattle Web Development & Consulting, LLC understands that many of our clients are too busy running their business to maintain their web site content themselves, or perhaps don't have the inclination to "do-it-themselves." By listening to our clients, we are able to offer a variety of options to meet their individual needs.

People visit web sites, not for the "bells and whistles," but rather for the page content. Visitors want or need information in a timely manner and want the content to be current. After all, any site is only as good as its content, and regardless of whether your site was originally built by us or developed by some other firm, the content will probably need to be revised or updated at some time.

With a content management system, our clients can easily update their own web site, or can participate in one of our web site maintenance plans.

Content Management System
Content Management Systems afford our clients the opportunity to update their web sites themselves - without the need of a web designer. With this feature, our clients can add new content, delete old material, or just make small changes to existing information. This option is excellent for those clients who have information that changes frequently such as press releases, job opportunities, or an online store.

Monthly Maintenance Plan
Our monthly maintenance plans are geared for clients who have material that changes frequently, but want us to make the necessary changes so they may continue to focus on the daily operations of their business. The different maintenance option levels are:

Bronze Level Maintenance Plan

	1 hour of maintenance updates per month.
	$605 per year prepaid (12th month FREE), or
	$55 per month, 12 month contract required.

Silver Level Maintenance Plan

	2 hours of maintenance updates per month.
	$1100 per year prepaid (12th month FREE), or
	$100 per month, 12 month contract required.

Gold Level Maintenance Plan

	4 hours of maintenance updates per month.
	$1980 per year prepaid (12th month FREE), or
	$180 per month, 12 month contract required.

Platinum Level Maintenance Plan

	6 hours of maintenance updates per month.
	$2640 per year prepaid (12th month FREE), or
	$240 per month, 12 month contract required.

A few of the different options available with each maintenance plan
include any of the following:

	Editing, revising, or updating existing textual content.
	Scanning and addition of new photos or graphics.
	Development and deployment of new pages.
	Scripting and ASP modifications.
	Maintenance of databases.
	Updating web hyperlinks, adding or deleting new hyperlinks.
	Removal and/or archival of current website content.
	Adding new Email Accounts and/or Email Account Set-up

Website re-designs or custom programming is NOT included in maintenance plans.  All website re-designs and/or custom programming is done on a per project proposal basis only.

If you exceed the total number of hours for your maintenance plan level, the standard hourly rate of $65.00 per hour will apply. You will, however, be notified before any work in excess of the appropriate maintenance level plan is begun and provided with an estimate for any remaining work to be completed.

Periodic Maintenance Plan
This option is ideal for those clients who rarely have changes to their web site material. Many of our clients take advantage of this option when they want small content or additional changes made to their website.

	All maintenance updates are billed on an hourly basis at $65 per hour.
	After the first hour, all billing is calculated in 15 minute increments.
